IBPS RRB Recruitment 2026: बैंकिंग सेक्टर में सरकारी नौकरी की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं के लिए बड़ी खबर है। Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) ने CRP RRBs XV यानी Regional Rural Banks में Office Assistants (Multipurpose) और Officers Scale I, II एवं III की भर्ती के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है।
इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से देशभर के Regional Rural Banks में कुल 13,706 पदों पर उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। इसमें Office Assistant, Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale II (Manager) और Officer Scale III (Senior Manager) के पद शामिल हैं।

Office Assistant और Officer Scale I के लिए राज्यवार तथा category-wise vacancies notification के Annexure-I में दी गई हैं। उदाहरण के लिए Andhra Pradesh Grameena Bank में Office Assistant की 900 और Officer Scale I की 400 vacancies हैं, जबकि Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank में क्रमशः 1,200 और 425 vacancies दी गई हैं।
कौन-कौन से पदों पर भर्ती होगी?
IBPS RRB CRP XV में दो मुख्य groups के अंतर्गत भर्ती होगी।
Group B – Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
यह पद मुख्य रूप से clerical level की banking responsibilities से जुड़ा है।
Group A – Officers

IBPS RRB Eligibility 2026
इस भर्ती में eligibility पद के अनुसार अलग-अलग है। Educational qualification की अंतिम तारीख 21 सितंबर 2026 रखी गई है और उम्मीदवार का qualifying examination result भी इस तारीख तक घोषित होना चाहिए।
Office Assistant Eligibility
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline होनी चाहिए।
इसके अलावा:
- संबंधित RRB द्वारा निर्धारित Local Language में proficiency जरूरी है।
- Computer का working knowledge desirable है।
- इस पद के लिए अलग से post-qualification experience नहीं मांगा गया है।
यानी सामान्य Graduation करने वाले उम्मीदवार Office Assistant के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते वे संबंधित राज्य की local language की requirement पूरी करते हों।
Officer Scale I Eligibility
Officer Scale I यानी Assistant Manager के लिए भी किसी recognized University से Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline जरूरी है।
हालांकि Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics और Accountancy जैसी qualifications वाले candidates को preference दी जा सकती है।
Officer Scale I और Office Assistant दोनों के लिए संबंधित RRB की local language proficiency महत्वपूर्ण है।
Officer Scale II Eligibility
Officer Scale II में General Banking और कई Specialist posts शामिल हैं।
General Banking Officer – Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- कम से कम 50% marks
- Bank/Financial Institution में 2 वर्ष का Officer-level experience
Preference Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy आदि background वाले candidates को दी जाएगी।
IT Officer
- Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT में Bachelor’s Degree
- कम से कम 50% marks
- Relevant field में 1 वर्ष का experience
Chartered Accountant
- ICAI से Chartered Accountant
- 1 वर्ष का CA experience
Law Officer
- Law Degree

Treasury Manager

Age की गणना 1 सितंबर 2026 के आधार पर होगी।

यह point Office Assistant और Officer Scale I के candidates के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
इन posts के लिए संबंधित RRB की निर्धारित local language में proficiency essential qualification है। उदाहरण के लिए:

General Banking Officer / Scale III
कुल 200 questions, 200 marks और 120 मिनट का exam होगा।

Specialist Officer – Scale II

इसमें कुल 240 questions, लेकिन 200 marks और 150 मिनट का exam होगा। इसमें Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, Financial Awareness, English/Hindi, Computer Knowledge और Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation sections शामिल हैं।
IBPS RRB Negative Marking
Online examinations में गलत answer के लिए penalty लागू होगी। इसलिए candidates को questions attempt करते समय accuracy का विशेष ध्यान रखना चाहिए।

Selection process post के अनुसार अलग-अलग है।
Office Assistant
Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Provisional Allotment
Office Assistant के लिए Interview नहीं होगा। Final merit में Main Examination के marks को consider किया जाएगा।
Officer Scale I

Officer Scale II & III

IBPS RRB Interview 2026
Interview केवल Officer Scale I, II और III के लिए होगा।
Interview कुल 100 marks का होगा।
Minimum qualifying marks:
- General candidates: 40%
- SC/ST/OBC/PwBD: 35%
Officers cadre में Online Examination और Interview का relative weightage 80:20 रहेगा।
अर्थात final selection में written examination का role सबसे महत्वपूर्ण रहेगा, लेकिन Interview को भी qualify करना जरूरी होगा।
IBPS RRB Provisional Allotment
Selection के बाद candidates को participating Regional Rural Banks में provisional allotment दिया जाएगा।

उम्मीदवार online application के लिए इन steps को follow कर सकते हैं:

- Office Assistant या Officer Scale I/II/III में अपनी eligible post चुनें।
- New Registration पर क्लिक करें।
- Basic details भरकर registration पूरा करें।
