Vacancies tentative हैं और Ministry of Home Affairs (CAPFs) व Delhi Police द्वारा report की गई हैं। SSC खुद vacancies decide या allot नहीं करता।

Nationality

Candidate India का citizen होना चाहिए, या Nepal का subject, या Bhutan का subject (Nepal/Bhutan वालों के लिए Government of India का eligibility certificate जरूरी है)।

Educational Qualification

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2026)

• सभी posts (SI Fire CISF को छोड़कर): 20-25 वर्ष (जन्म 02.08.2001 से 01.08.2006 के बीच)
• SI (Fire) in CISF: 18-30 वर्ष (जन्म 02.08.1996 से 01.08.2008 के बीच)

Selection Process

Exam में कुल 4 mandatory stages होंगे: Paper-I → PST/PET → Paper-II → Detailed Medical Examination (DME)।

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Height और Chest की requirement post, category और gender के हिसाब से अलग-अलग है — 154 cm से 170 cm तक range होती है। Female candidates के लिए Chest measurement की कोई requirement नहीं है। PST/PET सिर्फ Qualifying/Eliminating nature का है, इसमें कोई marks नहीं मिलते।

Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Ex-Servicemen को PET से छूट है, लेकिन written test, physical standard और medical standard पास करना जरूरी है।

Medical Examination और Document Verification

Paper-II qualify करने वाले सभी candidates की CAPF Medical Officers द्वारा Detailed Medical Examination (DME) होगी। Unfit पाए जाने पर Review Medical Examination (RME) का मौका मिलेगा। Document Verification के समय candidates को Matriculation Certificate, Qualification Certificate, Caste Certificate (अगर applicable हो), Driving Licence (Delhi Police Male के लिए) और 2 passport size photo साथ लाने होंगे।

Apply कैसे करें (Step-by-Step)

1. SSC की official website ssc.gov.in पर जाकर One-Time Registration (OTR) complete करें। पुरानी website (ssc.nic.in) वाला OTR काम नहीं करेगा।
2. Registration Number और Password से login करें, फिर “SSC SI in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination, 2026” के सामने ‘Apply’ पर click करें।
3. Online Application Form को website पर या ‘mySSC’ mobile app से भरें।
4. Aadhaar-Based Authentication चुनना बेहतर रहेगा — इससे photo/signature format की वजह से rejection नहीं होगा और exam venue पर colour photo/photo-ID की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
5. Live Photo capture करें (अच्छी लाइट में, plain background, cap/mask/glasses नहीं होना चाहिए)।
6. Signature JPEG format में upload करें (10-20 KB, लगभग 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm size)।
7. Submit करने से पहले Preview/Print करके सारी details check कर लें।
8. ₹100 Application Fee online pay करें (अगर exempt नहीं हैं तो)।

जरूरी बातें

• SSC vacancies को state-wise, region-wise या zone-wise allot नहीं करता।
• Correction Window बंद होने के बाद कोई भी बदलाव allow नहीं होगा।
• Candidates same SSC region के अंदर 3 exam centres (priority order में) चुन सकते हैं, बाद में centre change की request नहीं मानी जाएगी।
• Multi-shift CBT में marks normalize किए जाएंगे।
• Result को लेकर re-evaluation/re-checking की कोई provision नहीं है।
• गलत जानकारी देने पर candidature directly reject हो सकता है, और unfair means अपनाने पर 1 से 7 साल तक debarment हो सकता है।
